Refund Policy

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return of your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

– Digital products or services once delivered

– Items purchased on sale or clearance

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or payment provider as processing time may vary.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
