Exchange Policy

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you must exchange the product within 3 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the exchange after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange.

You need to write an email to us at contact@sahelishegadi.com stating the

Subject– Exchange: DOP and name of the product.

In the body, kindly mention your name, Date Of Purchase (DOP), Problem With The Product, Registered Address and Contact Number.

Once you have sent the mail. Your order will be processed in 7 working days and delivery in 5 working days. Our executive will come at your place and collect the product.
