Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas celebrate Holi daughter Malti Marie

Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have been in India with two-year-old daughter Malti Marie for the past two weeks.

This week, the happy couple celebrated the Hindu festival Holi with some of their closest friends and family in Noida.

The two-day festival celebrates spring, color and love, marking the end of winter and the arrival of spring.

Footage shared to social media shows Priyanka, 41, and Nick, 31, enjoying the festivities with their nearest and dearest.

Some of the guests included Priyanka’s best friend Tamanna Dutt and cousin Mannara Chopra.

Sharing a carousel of image and clips to Instagram. Priyanka wrote, ‘Holi was lit. Thank you @tam2cul @sudeepdutt for creating such a warm atmosphere for our family! So much fun.’

One image showed Priyanka and https://cannabisherbsnewzealand.com/ Nick gazing lovingly into each other’s eyes as they held Malti Marie. 

Other clips showed the couple covered in paint, dancing, and listening to music. 

It comes one week after the couple took Malti Marie to the Ram Mandir temple in Ayodhya, India.  

The Waffle House singer wore a traditional kurta and Malti wore a traditional Indian dress in pink. Both mother and daughter applied bindis to their foreheads.

‘Blessings for the little one and the family,’ she captioned her Instagram post. 

While at the temple, the famous family posed for photos with the priests before departing.

Earlier in the day the celebrity couple was spotted at the airport in Ayodhya.

Priyanka’s mother Dr. Madhu Chopra accompanied them to the temple wearing a beautiful red sari.

The family has been in India for a few days. Priyanka and Malti flew in Thursday night for the opening of the Bulgari store in Mumbai.

Nick joined his wife and daughter a couple of days later.

While in Mumbai, the Citadel star too time to not just attend, but introduce the upcoming documentary Woman of My Billion.

The film narrates the true story of a woman’s journey from Kanyakumari to Kashmir to meet women who have faced violence

Priyanka’s production company Purple Pebble Pictures produced the documentary, which will air on Amazon Prime. 

‘When I saw this movie – WOMB (Women Of My Billions), a country that belongs to so many people, and just knowing the violence against women is not something that happens in India, it is a global phenomenon that is not much talked about,’ she said about why she backed the project.

The film also features Pragya Prasun, who has spent her life rehabilitating women who have dealt with violence, Priyanka explained.

‘As a company, we Purple Pebble Pictures, stand for being a springboard for filmmakers who want to tell stories that they are passionate about,’ she added.

Women of My Billions is about Srishti Bakshi, the UN Women Champion of Change, who embarks on a journey, walking 3,800 km over 240 days, from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, along the way meeting and learning first hand about the experiences of women from all corners of India.
